Every day we are looking for good and unique products for you and your partner.

Our delivery times

Most shipments in Europe are delivered within 7-9 business days. The processing time of an order is 1-3 days. If the shipment takes longer than planned, we will contact you after the deadline. In The delivery times may be a few days longer.

If you have placed an order with us, you can easily track your parcel after a few days.

You are probably not the first to ask yourself this question. So first check the FAQ page to see if your question is mentioned there.

DELIVERY

We are unable to refund or replace any packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not able to file a refund for orders not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address can be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at info@decarba.com with your order number and correct information before the order is shipped out, and as soon as possible. We will try our best to deliver your order to your door, in rare cases, you might need to pick it up from your local post office. Please note that we can not issue a refund if you refuse to collect a package from your local post office. We are unable to refund or replace any packages refused by the recipient. Packages won’t be returned back to our warehouse since we ship from overseas.
