Return within 14 days

You can return your order within 14 days and we will make sure that the purchase price is credited to your account within 5-7 working days after receiving the return.Items in the following categories cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of hygiene: Rings, Bracelets & Necklace, Socks and Caps.

Return Shipping Fee

Return shipping is at your cost, if custom fees & taxes incurs, it’s also your responsibility. Please pack and ship the returned items to our warehouse in Ningbo, China. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at info@decarba.com.

PLEASE NOTE:

The items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and in the original packaging with the original product label tags.

We do not accept items that are sent back without submitting a return request.

The insured shipping of your order is non-refundable.

Easy return in 3 steps

Step 1: Send an email to info@decarba.com. There you can discuss the reason for your return and receive the return form. The return shipping costs are at the expense of the original buyer.

Step 2: Submit Order

Send the items together with the completed return form to the address indicated on the return form, the return address is in Ningbo. Be sure to include a track-and-trace code with the package. You are responsible as the sender, we don't want any misunderstandings.

Step 3: You will receive the purchase amount to your bank account.

As soon as we have received the package, we will make sure that the purchase amount is transferred to your bank account within 5-7 working days.
